Open your browser and go to portal.healthapp.nl.
Search for the "Install HealthApp"-icon in the address bar of your browser.
After you press "install", the HealthApp app icon will appear in your Dock (Mac) or your desktop (Windows).

Search for the "Share"-icon in the address bar of your browser.
Tap "Add to Home Screen".
